Reframe Turns 10. What's Changed?
This year we celebrate a significant milestone. Reframe Consulting Services turns 10 years old in October. I started the business with two simple ambitions:
For marketing professionals, help them modernize the practice of multicultural marketing.
For human resource professionals, help them modernize the practice of diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI).
Since 2015, with the support of client partners and a team of talented individuals, we’ve been able to facilitate and service 50 brand engagements with Fortune 500 brands. In partnership with marketing and HR professionals, we've validated a change approach that helps accelerate inclusive growth and change at scale.

To kick -off the year and our 10 year milestone, we are introducing The Change Newsletter by Reframe™ and the Reframe Slack Channel. For people leaders on their journey and require additional resources, it is a monthly publication where we feature stories about people and tools that deliver impact. As for the Reframe Slack Channel, it is a way to build community with people leaders with the similar ambitions and want to engage more frequently.
The last 10 years we've been building and making new products to help deliver value and impact for all. We've done the work to validate our new approach. The next phase is about sharing, growing and scaling what we know works. Now the choice as a leader is do you want the old way or the new way?
